The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, although the furnishings might appear a bit outdated. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating, ensuring guests have everything they need. The location is excellent for exploring Lombok, with beautiful pools and direct beach access, but there might be some noise disturbances in the mornings. The dining options offer a wide variety but could be hit & miss catering to different tastes.
The hotel's rooms were lovely, spacious, and conveniently close to all amenities. The lobby was excellent with a huge bathroom and plenty of storage space. Although the price was a bit high, it's one of the best places I've stayed in recent years.
I had a comfortable stay with two rooms and two bathrooms, though they were standard due to the double booking issue. The outside area needed cleaning, but overall, it was a cozy experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful, assisting us in changing to better accommodations, but we faced an issue with prepayment. The dining experience was a mix of flavors, with some dishes lacking taste while others were delicious. The facilities were great, with fantastic pools and alluring beach bungalows.
I adored this resort for its professional staff and self-contained rooms with blackout curtains that kept the kids from waking up at the crack of dawn. However, there was a minor issue with flooding from the air conditioner.
